Making a Booking

Making a booking at a facility is simple and easy on Swift!

1. First, log into your Swift account
2. On the facility’s booking page, select the Service Type you'd like to book.
3. Under the Service Type, choose the Service.
4. Click the Book Now button.
5. Select the Date you'd like to reserve.
6. Choose a Time Slot.
7. Select the Player/Participant for the booking.
8. Review the details on the Payment Summary page. If everything is correct, click Pay Online or Pay in Person to continue.
9. Add or select a Payment Card.
10. Click Pay & Confirm.

Making a booking and with a Credit

If you have a package or an active membership that provides credits for certain services, follow the normal booking process. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to redeem any eligible credits.
