GiftUp Gift Cards

If someone has gifted you a GiftUp gift card to use at a facility, you can easily redeem it during the booking checkout process. During the checkout flow, instead of selecting your credit card, you would add and/or choose Gift Card as the payment option.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• GiftUp gift cards cannot be used for membership purchases. They are valid for all other services, including rentals, lessons, classes, and packages.
• The recipient's email address must match the email associated with their Swift account for the gift card to be redeemable.
