Rescheduling a Booking
Life happens - we totally get it! If you need to reschedule a booking, Swift makes it easy to reschedule from within your account — as long as the facility allows it!
How to Reschedule a Booking:
- Log into your Swift account and go to the Activity tab.
- Locate the booking you want to reschedule.
- Click the Reschedule icon next to the session
- Follow the prompts in the booking process to select a new date and time
- At the end of the booking process, click the Reschedule button to lock in your new session! 🎉
If the Reschedule icon is greyed out, you might be outside the allowable window for changes. You may have to contact the facility directly to discuss your options!
