Rescheduling a Booking

Life happens - we totally get it! If you need to reschedule a booking, Swift makes it easy to reschedule from within your account — as long as the facility allows it!

How to Reschedule a Booking:

  1. Log into your Swift account and go to the Activity tab.
  2. Locate the booking you want to reschedule.
  3. Click the Reschedule icon next to the session
  4. Follow the prompts in the booking process to select a new date and time
  5. At the end of the booking process, click the Reschedule button to lock in your new session! 🎉


If the Reschedule icon is greyed out, you might be outside the allowable window for changes. You may have to contact the facility directly to discuss your options!
