Not Receiving Verification Codes
If you're not receiving verification codes in your inbox, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Swift sends verification codes from noreply@runswiftapp.com. Sometimes, emails may be filtered into your spam, junk, or promotions folders. Be sure to check these folders in your email account and add noreply@runswiftapp.com to your Contacts list.
Use "Sign In with Google" (For Gmail Users or Linked Google Accounts)
If you have a Gmail email address or your email is linked to a Google Account, you can bypass the verification code by selecting "Sign In with Google" instead.

If you're still not receiving the verification codes, please:
- Contact the facility you are trying to access.
- Reach out to Swift Support at support@runswiftapp.com for further assistance.
Why can't I book a session using my package or membership credits?
If you're having trouble booking a session using your credits, here are a few things to check:
Make sure you're signed into the correct account
Sometimes the issue is as simple as being logged into the wrong email. Double-check that you're signed in with the same email address you used to purchase the package or membership.
When logged into your Swift account, click on the your profile icon in the top right corner and select "My Account". Next, select the Credits tab to make sure you have credits available.
Make sure you have eligible credits available
Credits are often tied to specific services. If you’re trying to book something outside of what your package or membership covers, the system may not apply your credits. Head to your Account page to view your remaining credits and what they apply to.
